HOW AN IT PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Oversee the seamless functioning of IT systems across the department. Serve as the central point of coordination and communication for all IT Operations activities across program, facilitating collaboration and information exchange between various stakeholders. Monitor the quality control to include Contractor personnel performance and quality of products in support of the program. Support Sponsor-directed outreach efforts regarding the Sponsors data collection program and capabilities.

  • Serve as the central point of coordination and communication for all IT Operations activities across program, facilitating collaboration and information exchange between various stakeholders.
  • Monitor the quality control to include Contractor personnel performance and quality of products in support of the program.
  • Support Sponsor-directed outreach efforts regarding the Sponsors data collection program and capabilities.
  • Ensure smooth operation of IT system across all program departments, including infrastructure, platforms, data management, modeling, and applications.
  • Coordinate and communicate all IT Operations activities, including planned and unplanned events, to keep program stakeholders informed about potential impacts and resolutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT Operations activities, facilitating collaboration and information exchange between various stakeholders, including internal departments and external partner.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of IT Operations workflow, activities, and their interdependencies, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to program front office and department chiefs on all IT Operations activities, performance, and issues.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing the required activities to support documentation to meet the Sponsor's data compliance requirements (e.g., legal, data policy)

  • 5 + years of related experience
  • Undergraduate degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or similar scientific or technical discipline.
  • Graduate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or another scientific or technical discipline.
  • Degree or equivalent in CS, MIS, Economics, Physics, Genetics, or Engineering related field, especially Supercomputing-related.
  • Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
