Springer-Miller Systems is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing top-notch Product Management Solutions. We are looking for a skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our team and help us manage and optimize our diverse IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related job experience
• Proven experience in managing on-premise IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor support queue to ensure service-related issues are identified and resolved within established SLAs
• Work with support staff and IT team to resolve escalated customer issues
• Manage and maintain on-premise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Deploy, configure, and manage AWS and Azure cloud environments
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all IT systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff
• Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and IT team
