About The Position
The IT Operations Engineer I role is designed to support the stable operation of the operational region's network and end user devices. This position involves planning, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network hardware, software, and communication links. The engineer will also diagnose, resolve, and document hardware, software, and network issues while providing end user training and support as needed.
