At IFS, we are looking for innovative and original thinkers to join our team. The position involves coordinating team assignments, monitoring progress, maintaining shared calendars, and keeping ticketing systems updated. You will manage customer issues, provide resolutions, and escalate as necessary, while liaising between clients, technical staff, and support staff. Basic technical troubleshooting will be part of your responsibilities, along with performing user administration functions for clients that require it. You will also maintain wiki documentation for related processes, manage internal audits to ensure processes meet their objectives, and adhere to corporate communication standards and procedures. Obtaining and providing required customer approvals is also essential.

  • Well organized, motivated, positive, customer service focused
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Able to manipulate Excel sheets using formulas and functions
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience with an IT ticketing system
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities
  • Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000 plus 5% bonus potential
