You will manage customer issues, provide resolutions, and escalate as necessary, while liaising between clients, technical staff, and support staff. Basic technical troubleshooting will be part of your responsibilities, along with performing user administration functions for clients that require it. You will also maintain wiki documentation for related processes, manage internal audits to ensure processes meet their objectives, and adhere to corporate communication standards and procedures. Obtaining and providing required customer approvals is also essential.
