As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be a proactive problem solver with a strong background in monitoring, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure, systems, and services. In this role, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of how our IT systems operate, providing expert-level support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with various IT teams to ensure the seamless operation of our services. You will have a keen attention to detail, excel at solving complex problems, and show initiative in finding solutions. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in documenting procedures and possess a solid understanding of our technical environment and business needs to effectively support end-users and drive operational success.
