About The Position
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for delivering a range of specialized IT software and hardware support services to internal end-users. Services include hardware, peripheral equipment, off-the-shelf software application configuration and implementation, and the configuring of standardized computing devices. The role does not involve supervision of others. The work location is at City Tower, 100 W. Houston Street, San Antonio, TX (78205), with working hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
