About The Position

The IT NextGen Support and Trainer (Entry-Level) is a customer support role providing login and navigation support to patients as well as general software support to clinic staff.

Requirements

  • Three years of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
  • Ability to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize appropriately
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and positively with a variety of customers and staff
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborative, customer-focused and able to created visible value
  • Conflict management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support to patient and clinic callers
  • Create and review incoming tickets
  • Perform orientation training
  • Clinical Message processing
