What We Need The IT Network Specialist operates and supports onshore and offshore network, server, and telecommunications technology infrastructure and associated technologies to ensure high levels of availability and security for supported business applications. This position also participates in the planning and implementation of technology projects to ensure systems provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, policies and procedures, industry-best practices and regulatory requirements. A Typical Day looks like Check network health and performance dashboards Review alerts or issues from overnight Respond to urgent tickets or outages Perform routine maintenance or updates Configure or install network hardware Troubleshoot ongoing user/network issues Document changes or incidents Plan for upgrades or new deployments Meet with IT/security teams for coordination How You’ll be Measured Success in delivering IT projects on time and within budget. Effectiveness in leading local IT operations and providing strategic input. Resolution of high-complexity issues without escalation. Adherence to IT security protocols and regulatory requirements. End-user satisfaction and feedback on both technical support and leadership effectiveness.
