We’re looking for someone who’s excited to wear multiple hats and make an impact across both IT and network operations in the Dallas metro. Based primarily in our Richardson office, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure new hires are set up for success with the right equipment, tools, and access from day one. You’ll also be the first call when day-to-day IT issues pop up, helping the office run smoothly. But that’s just one side of the role. You’ll also be out in the field, supporting our operations sites around the DFW area. That could mean installing and configuring networking equipment indoors and outdoors, verifying cabling, or troubleshooting site connectivity issues. It’s a mix of problem-solving, hands-on technical work, and people-focused support — all critical to keeping our teams connected and moving fast.
