The IT Network Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT Operations department, ensuring that all systems and networks function smoothly and securely. This role involves managing IT staff, maintaining system availability, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring data security. The manager will also provide hands-on support for various IT services and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Operations department.
  • Manage IT Operations staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
  • Maintain a high level of system availability and customer service.
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Provide hands-on support for LAN, WAN, Microsoft 365, Windows servers, PCs, and phones.
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
  • Maintain an understanding of business strategies and technology support requirements.
  • Ensure the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage IT procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network-based services.
  • Work with vendors in the process of troubleshooting escalated incidents.
  • Provide Level 3 support for all end-user applications.
  • Administer software/hardware updates and upgrades.
  • Provide support for Server, PC, and mobile device hardware and software.
  • Maintain business software applications and support all end-user applications.
  • Support mobile workforce devices including Android tablets, Windows tablets, and iPads.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support in a Windows Environment.
  • Protect the Company's data and IT infrastructure against cyber threats.
  • Maintain a safe workplace and ensure that safety is the highest priority.
  • Manage special projects as requested by management and other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.
  • BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Microsoft heavy technology environment.
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
  • Experience with managed IT Services.
  • Advanced skills in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining devices in a Windows networked environment, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
  • Ability to setup and troubleshoot wireless networks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Point, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Admin, Intune, Windows Server, Meraki, Veeam, Five9.
  • Ability to occasionally work non-standard hours.
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States.
