The IT Network Infrastructure Engineer Lead provides both strategic and technical leadership within Capital Health’s network engineering team. This role is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide network projects, ensuring the scalability and security of infrastructure, and aligning network infrastructure strategy with Capital Health’s clinical, operational, and compliance goals. The lead engineer serves as a key escalation point, project leader, and liaison with vendors and stakeholders to ensure high-performing and compliant network services. This hands-on leadership position plays a vital role in sustaining the network systems that underpin critical healthcare operations, clinical care delivery, and administrative efficiency. The role also ensures robust network security posture across all layers of the infrastructure, integrating advanced threat detection, access controls, and continuous monitoring to safeguard patient data and organizational assets.
