About The Position

Salamander Middleburg, a Forbes Five‑Star luxury resort, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead property technology operations. This is a high‑visibility leadership role responsible for hotel systems, infrastructure, security, and daily technology operations that support exceptional guest service and business performance.

We are seeking a hands‑on IT leader who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and partnering with operational leaders in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Requirements

• IT Manager or Senior IT experience required
• Hospitality, hotel, or property IT experience strongly preferred
• Strong infrastructure, systems, and security knowledge
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Stable work history and team‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day IT operations for a luxury resort environment
• Maintain networks, cybersecurity standards, backups, and infrastructure
• Support hotel systems including PMS, POS, telecommunications, and business systems
• Manage vendors, technology projects, and system upgrades
• Provide hands‑on technical support and troubleshooting
• Ensure technology supports operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
