About The Position

Serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Responsible for producing high-quality project artifacts, including Project Definition Documents, Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, Test Plans, and Test Scripts. Partners closely with Department Managers to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables throughout the Project Life Cycle. Collaborates with Project Managers and business leaders to define, visualize, and execute project plans that achieve objectives within established scope, cost, schedule, and performance constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with demonstrated project knowledge.
• Proven success managing and delivering medium to large, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and related frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide sample project artifacts upon request.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels and external consultants.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Visio.

Nice To Haves

• SQL experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document user and business process requirements, ensuring alignment across current and future projects.
• Establish clear and efficient communication channels with software and application development teams to facilitate execution without unnecessary managerial escalation.
• Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at both single-application and multi-application levels.
• Analyze real-world data to identify business trends, produce analytical reports, deliver findings to development teams, and follow up on outcomes.
• Develop and implement project management plans, including facilitating regular stakeholder meetings to communicate status, risks, and progress.
• Partner with end users to streamline, improve, and simplify business processes.
• Utilize business intelligence (BI) tools to generate accurate and insightful reports.
