About The Position

We’re seeking an IT Manager who will lead our U.S. IT and ERP teams, oversee mission‑critical systems, and drive technology initiatives that keep our operations running smoothly and securely. This role blends technical leadership, hands‑on problem solving, and strategic planning.  If you excel at building strong teams, improving infrastructure, and elevating business operations through technology—this role is for you.   Location: Onsite - Arlington, WA (This is a fully onsite role)  Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm (to support east and west coast staff)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of increasing responsibility in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
  • Experience leading projects and supporting/mentoring technical staff
  • Background in ERP systems
  • Expertise in at least one major area: Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper‑V, enterprise networking, Azure/AWS, or cybersecurity
  • Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, and networks
  • Experience with high‑availability and disaster recovery design
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Azure, AWS, VMware VCP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor the IT and ERP team, including training, task assignment, and performance feedback
  • Lead team meetings, track project milestones, and ensure accountability
  • Work cross‑functionally with all departments and collaborate with global HQ teams
  • Support team development while modeling and reinforcing OCULUS Fundamentals
  • Oversee and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and enterprise applications
  • Manage the IT support queue; prioritize issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide hands‑on support to both technical and non‑technical staff
  • Develop and enforce IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices
  • Lead infrastructure improvements including virtualization, storage, and network optimization
  • Implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and security measures
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long‑term solutions
  • Lead system upgrades, cloud migrations, and new technology implementations
  • Build project scopes, timelines, and documentation
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and hardware/software procurement
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and technology enhancement
  • Contribute to long‑term infrastructure roadmaps and organizational strategy
