The Opportunity: Premier Beauty Supply is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Manager to maintain and optimize the functionality of our technology and infrastructure. This role is essential for ensuring seamless operations in our day-to-day business and eCommerce environment. The IT Manager will be responsible for providing support to employees by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining eCommerce integrations, ERP report writing and date manipulation, and developing new solutions for the business. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years project management and eCommerce experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Customer Service experience with internal and external customers.
  • Proficient with NetSuite ERP, Microsoft 365, Celigo, and Shopify.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite scripting and Celigo handlebar scripting.
  • Demonstrated success in effectively recognizing and resolving technical issues quickly and methodically.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a new and changing technical environment.
  • Ability to work independently on resolution execution.
  • Experience troubleshooting all aspects of desktop hardware, peripherals, and printers.
  • Experience troubleshooting mobility, including Windows laptops, MDM solutions, MFA solutions, remote connectivity, and VPN.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related add-ins.
  • Experience with messaging platforms, collaboration tools, and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Technology Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technology issues related to hardware, software, user accounts, operating systems, printers, and mobility.
  • ERP Administrator: Strong working knowledge of NetSuite. User management, system customization, data management, report creation, troubleshooting and general support.
  • Hardware Support: Maintain and deploy laptops, personal computers, phone setups, iPads, printers and client workstations.
  • User Guidance: Provide guidance to non-technical staff in using software and hardware systems effectively and efficiently.
  • Software Support: Support all software applications with an understanding of system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Server Management: Identify, report, troubleshoot, and resolve eCommerce and ERP security application issues.
  • Shopify Support: Liasson to Third Party Shopify manager.
  • Integration Management: Connect NetSuite (ERP) to various eCommerce channels, including Shopify, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • External Collaboration: Work with external IT consulting firms to enhance system performance.
  • Performance Assessment: Assess the health and performance of software applications and databases.
  • Specification Development: Define specifications, develop programs, modify existing programs, prepare test data, and create functional specifications.
  • Project Management: Review project proposals, evaluate alternatives, provide estimates, make recommendations, and follow up. Develop, document, and maintain procedural processes.
  • Software License Management: Organize, track, and maintain software license agreements.
  • Active Directory Management: Change Active Directory users for default printers, location changes, department changes, etc.
  • Software Installation: Install, configure, update, and support software applications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
