About The Position

Essential Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Supervise and mentor a small IT team, ensuring high performance and professional Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet service-level Microsoft 365 Administration Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). Oversee user account provisioning, license management, and security Implement best practices for collaboration and productivity Remote Support & Endpoint Management Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network Manage endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, mobile) including deployment, patching, and Utilize RMM tools and ITSM platforms for monitoring and General IT Operations Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place (firewalls, antivirus, vulnerability management). Develop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and backup Subject Matter Expertise Serve as the go-to expert for IT-related projects and Advise leadership on technology improvements and emerging Participate in vendor evaluations and technology road

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
  • 5+ years of IT experience, including team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, ITIL, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting and IT support
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
