About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to oversee our internal IT operations. This role is responsible for managing the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and leading a team that supports employees across all departments. The IT Manager will play a critical role in aligning IT initiatives with business goals, maintaining security standards, and driving continuous improvement in our internal systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in IT management or senior IT leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), and enterprise systems.
Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
Align IT strategy with organizational objectives.
Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
Ensure high availability and performance of internal applications and tools.
Manage hardware and software procurement, deployment, and lifecycle.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning.
Oversee helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee IT issues.
Provide training and guidance to employees on IT tools and security practices.
Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology rollouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
