Our vCIO will provide the strategic technical alignment and vision for Centre Technologies clients and assist them with escalated questions or concerns. You will own the relationship between Centre Technologies and the clients to be a subject matter expert with our client’s business. You will prove Centre Technologies’ value through long-lasting relationships and drive customer retention. Customer Success is essential to the success of the business and will help achieve that by helping client’s obtain their business goals. Primary duties of this role involve conducting client meetings, initiating client communications, and working with our service team to coordinate support efforts. This is a fast-paced, multifaceted position that requires you to learn about our client's business, understand how they leverage IT as a competitive advantage, provide guidance on reducing their IT Risks, and help provide strategic IT planning and budgeting. Our ideal candidate has impeccable attention to detail as well as strong communication and execution skills. We’re looking for someone who is meticulous, thorough, and efficient. Multi-tasking and organizational skills are a MUST.
