WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Provides broad direction to multiple business analysts. Engages with executives and end users, oversees formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Provides broad oversight and execution to ensure business systems are efficiently supporting business processes. Engages with business personnel to continually evaluate alignment of business processes and supporting systems. Initiates and leads short and long-term application strategy. Responsible for preparing multi-year technology roadmap, aligns resource plans to needs and budgets. Participates in IT financial management activities including annual budgeting cycle, project estimating, capital approval process, project budget oversight, and resource time tracking. Responsible for multi-year planning to determine broad direction, prioritize projects and evaluate ROI within a functional sub-area. Accountable for successful delivery of project commitments.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years of SAP experience as a functional expert in two or more of the following SAP modules : APO/IBP PP, PM, EWM, TM primarily in a high volume discreate manufacturing environment.
  • Requires at least 3 years’ experience as a people manager.
  • Demonstrated project manager experience with large enterprise-wide projects is required.
  • Business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
  • Requires a broad awareness of emerging technology trend.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT staff.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to coach and guide subordinates.
  • Prefer strong financial skills.
