The IT Manager - Infrastructure (Data Center-Server-Storage Operations) is responsible for leading a technical team in the support and maintenance of data center operations. This role involves overseeing the planning, installation, and administration of infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and cloud services. The manager will ensure quality assurance, manage team performance, and drive digital transformation initiatives while maintaining operational policies and procedures.

  • Manage and supervise a technical team supporting Data Center-Servers-Infrastructure Storage Operations.
  • Plan, install, and administer infrastructure components including servers, storage, and cloud services.
  • Assign duties and check the work of subordinate team members.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of projects and support activities.
  • Create and update policies related to data center operations, including security and maintenance.
  • Manage yearly performance evaluations for team members and ensure succession planning.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals for hardware, software, and technical services.
  • Prepare long- and short-range plans for services provided by the team.
  • Plan and recommend changes to operating systems and configurations.
  • Create and manage Data Center inventories, documentation, reports, and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
  • At least 8 years of technology experience supporting IT Infrastructure in a department or Enterprise IT environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervising a technology team.
  • 5 years of deep understanding of Active Directory (AD).
  • 2 years of experience managing a Microsoft 0365 environment.
  • 5 years of experience developing a Data Center Server and Storage strategy/plan.
  • 5 years of experience planning the buildout/expansion of a Data Center.
  • 2 years of experience with Hybrid Cloud design and migration planning (AWS, Azure).
  • Competitive salary range of $94,692 - $130,000 per year.
  • Full-time employment with a Monday to Friday schedule.
  • On-call support as needed.
