As an IT Manager, Ground Transportation Systems, you are a steady, technically grounded leader who takes full ownership of systems that must be reliable, secure, and accurate at all times. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical support or technical vendor management.
  • Experience with IT-based transit or parking systems.
  • Demonstrates strong diagnostic and critical‑thinking abilities, effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, and a solid working knowledge of basic system administration.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures continuous, secure, and revenue‑accurate operations for mission‑critical parking, fare collection, and ground transportation systems in a 24/7 airport environment.
  • Provides technical leadership and oversight of on‑site support staff and vendor partners, driving accountability, reliability, and timely resolution of system issues.
  • Bridges technology and operations by coordinating closely with internal IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to maintain system integrity, connectivity, and compliance.
  • Advances stability and continuous improvement through disciplined system administration, data‑driven insights, documentation, and structured change management practices.
