Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical support or technical vendor management.
Experience with IT-based transit or parking systems.
Demonstrates strong diagnostic and critical‑thinking abilities, effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, and a solid working knowledge of basic system administration.

Responsibilities

Ensures continuous, secure, and revenue‑accurate operations for mission‑critical parking, fare collection, and ground transportation systems in a 24/7 airport environment.
Provides technical leadership and oversight of on‑site support staff and vendor partners, driving accountability, reliability, and timely resolution of system issues.
Bridges technology and operations by coordinating closely with internal IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to maintain system integrity, connectivity, and compliance.
Advances stability and continuous improvement through disciplined system administration, data‑driven insights, documentation, and structured change management practices.
