About The Position

Epic Patient Access suite in one or more of the following: Cadence/Prelude/Referrals/Welcome/Hello World/Campaigns/Cheers experience and/or certification required. As a System Manager, IT Clinical Applications Programs, you will oversee the strategy, development, and support of clinical IT application programs across the system. Every day you will lead IT professionals, manage application lifecycles, ensure alignment with clinical workflows and regulations, and collaborate with leadership on program delivery. To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, expert clinical IT knowledge, and effective program management, driving adoption and enhancing patient care. The Manager IT Ops will oversee the day-to-day operations of IT services for one of more Dignity Health facilities (acute and/or ambulatory). The Manager IT Ops will also represent the Director IT ("'IT Site Director") in various meetings, functions, and teams at the direction of the Director IT. Supervises staff including prioritizing and assigning work; assisting in the conducting of performance evaluations; ensuring staff is trained; ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures; maintaining a safe working environment. Serves as a liaison with internal departments, executives, external organizations and public representatives. Represents the organization at a variety of meetings, public events, on committees, and/or other related events regarding services, programs, projects and facilities. Prepares, reviews, interprets, and analyzes a variety of information, data, and reports. Recommends and implements tactical procedures to improve operational effectiveness and enhancements to services or programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Other Related business areas or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in business relationship management, strategy and roadmap development.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical and business experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years Information Technology Leadership Experience.
  • Epic Patient Access suite in one or more of the following: Cadence/Prelude/Referrals/Welcome/Hello World/Campaigns/Cheers experience and/or certification required.
  • Experience supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels.
