Responsible for integrating equipment and systems from multiple vendors into the overall organizational configuration to maximize data communications and resource sharing. Provides first level guidance/direction (either as a full-time supervisory job OR on a project management basis) to network planning analysts, technicians, and/or engineers. Conducts feasibility studies on strategic and tactical plans, network design, and evaluation of the network services/technology for network development. Performs complex technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems. Conducts analysis and preparation of financial, budget and recovery reports.

  • Conducts feasibility studies on strategic and tactical plans, network design, and evaluation of the network services/technology for network development
  • Performs complex technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems
  • Conducts analysis and preparation of financial, budget and recovery reports
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in network services, information systems, computer science, accounting or a related field
  • Four to six years of full time experience in systems analysis and computer programming work, at least two of which involved healthcare and/or financial management systems applications
  • Computer programming principles, techniques and procedures for batch and online applications; principles and practices of systems and procedures analysis; overall knowledge of the following:
  • Practice Management and/or Financial Management software and applications.
  • Report writing tools.
  • Basic functions and capabilities of various computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
  • Scheduling, billing and/or generally accepted accounting and auditing principles and common business terminology
