Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or project leadership role
  • Hands-on experience managing POS system rollouts (e.g., QU, PAR, NCR, Toast, Revel, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of operations, including order management, inventory, and customer engagement systems
  • Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bilingual in English and Korean

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, or digital payment integrations.
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of compliance standards such as PCI-DSS and data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of POS system implementation and upgrade projects across multiple franchise locations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align IT solutions with business objectives
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee third-party service providers for POS hardware and software
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Provide technical leadership and support for store-level IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, and troubleshooting software
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Monitor and manage IT budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation
  • Train and support franchise staff on POS systems and related technologies
