Job Posting Title IT Manager - AI Delivery - Remote Job Description The AI Delivery Manager leads and develops cross‑functional technology teams delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. This role is accountable for people leadership, including talent development, performance management, capacity planning, and workforce engagement, ensuring teams are aligned to organizational priorities and ways of working. The Manager partners with IT and business leaders to translate strategy into executable delivery plans while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. By combining strong people leadership with technical and operational expertise, this position drives high‑quality delivery, team effectiveness, and sustainable business value through AI innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 6 years of work experience in Information Technology (IT) with experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI Solutions
  • 2 years of people management experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving and business analysis capabilities
  • Ability to lead teams through context switching, shifting priorities, and large-scale IT initiatives
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Minimal travel on an as needed basis

Nice To Haves

  • PBM / healthcare / regulated market company experience
  • Experience interfacing with executive level of leadership
  • Experience working in and leading teams within a fully remote environment
  • Advanced degree
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) strongly preferred
