Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field of study.
• Create/modify, buildouts, and deliver requests using Microsoft Suite, and established SOPs.
• Develop templates and detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist in services requests to ensure DoD standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Suffolk, VA.
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Nice To Haves

• ITIL V3 or later Foundations desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the engineering, acquisition and operational communities to understand business/mission requirements while identifying innovative solutions to IW challenges.
• Perform analysis of complex business functions and requirements.
• Provide process analysis with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future information environment.
• Support requirements planning, engineering project management and service delivery oversight for services including seats, connection services, printers and infrastructure, submission and tracking of task orders and modifications, and invoice reconciliation.
