About The Position

The IT M&A Integration Lead is the global point of accountability for all IT aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures at Watts. This role orchestrates ERP cutovers, infrastructure transitions, and application integrations to ensure seamless business continuity and value realization from transactions. Partnering with Corporate Development, business leaders, and IT teams worldwide, the Integration Lead designs and drives repeatable IT playbooks that minimize disruption and accelerate time-to-value. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer. This role is hybrid and is based in Andover, MA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience leading IT M&A integrations and/or divestitures.
  • Hands-on expertise with ERP cutovers (SAP, Sage, Dynamics, Epicor, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure integration (networks, hosting, cloud, workplace, security).
  • Demonstrated success in global projects, working across geographies, cultures, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent executive communication skills; able to engage C-suite and senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with IT due diligence, carve-out, and post-merger optimization.
  • Understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT lead for all global M&A initiatives, from due diligence through post-close integration or carve-out.
  • Define and manage IT integration strategies and roadmaps aligned to deal timelines and enterprise priorities.
  • Act as the single point of contact between IT, Corporate Development, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead ERP transition activities, including data migration, GAP analysis, and cutover planning.
  • Oversee infrastructure integration (networking, cloud, end-user services, and security) to ensure connectivity and stability.
  • Partner with ERP and Infrastructure leaders to deliver standard, scalable integration solutions.
  • Coordinate global IT resources, consultants, and vendors to execute integration activities.
  • Provide executive-level updates on status, risks, and decisions to steering committees and senior leadership.
  • Align IT integration with Finance, HR, Legal, and business functions across regions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to IT integration, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, data privacy) in all M&A activities.
  • Maintain IT M&A playbooks, templates, and processes for consistent execution.
  • Ensure integrations are delivered consistently across regions and business units.
  • Capture lessons learned to refine Watts' global IT M&A integration framework.
  • Recommend improvements that strengthen enterprise readiness for future transactions.
