Responsibilities
- Ability to grow into an IT leadership position.
- Help maintain, support, and optimize the company's IT systems (Epicor ERP, NetSuite ERP, Hyperion Financial Reporting).
- Help develop and implement IT plans that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure supports the organization's growth and efficiency.
- Help to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and systems and manage disaster recovery plans.
- Oversee daily IT operations and support end-users to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, implementing efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance technology-driven productivity.
- Support obtaining CMMC and ITAR certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (a master's degree is highly desired).
- 4+ years of IT experience including ownership of parts or portions of IT operations.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Experience with system management; maintaining, supporting, optimizing IT Systems such as Epicor ERP.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, security, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity.
- Eager to grow into a management role with training and mentorship.
- Ability to think critically and provide effective IT solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Epicor ERP, NetSuite ERP, and Hyperion Financial Reporting.
- Experience in ITAR, CMMC, DoD management and certifications.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
