The position involves providing technical assistance, support, and advice to clients and other users, including oversight of the College's computer labs. Responsibilities include fielding telephone calls and e-mail messages from clients seeking guidance on technical problems, assessing users' issues, mapping out solutions, and providing ongoing training for instructors in the use of multimedia equipment. The working hours include Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will be flexible in their work schedule to meet the needs of the Department.
