About The Position

Zurich is currently looking for an Intern to support our IT Infrastructure & Operations Management team for Summer of 2026 out of our Schaumburg, IL offices. As an I&O Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about a broad spectrum of technology from cloud infrastructure to end user computing and network/telecom. This intern will work under immediate supervision and perform requested tasks alongside professionals who perform these roles. Generally, this position is part of a summer program with an assigned mentor.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, business analytics or related field
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program and will be enrolled in the fall of 2026
• Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior)
• Be legally eligible to work in the U.S indefinitely

• Minimum cumulative current grade point average of 3.0
• Knowledge of automation and AI
• Experience in developing low code automation or recall solutions
• Exposure to agentic AI concepts
