Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or graduate degree program from a college or university.
• Typically, this internship would occur after the student has taken most of the courses required by the degree program.
• Where applicable, the degree program must require an internship as a graduation requirement (or offer as a credit option).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Radiology IT Large Applications Team by analyzing system performance data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
• Develop data analytics dashboards to visualize key metrics related to radiology workflows and system efficiency.
• Document the integration of various radiology IT systems, ensuring clear and comprehensive technical references for future use.
• Collaborate on automating routine data extraction and reporting tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in testing and validating system enhancements to ensure seamless interoperability across platforms.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by researching emerging technologies and best practices in radiology informatics.
