Delta Star Inc. is looking for a motivated and curious IT Intern to support our dynamic IT department. As an IT Intern, you'll assist with troubleshooting technical issues, support daily IT operations, and help maintain our computer systems. You'll work closely with the IT team on various initiatives and contribute to documentation, system maintenance, and user support across the organization. Each day brings new learning opportunities. You'll support end-users with hardware and software challenges, perform routine updates, and assist with system installations and configurations. You'll document procedures, track inventory, and lend a hand on IT projects that align with your skills and studies. With guidance from experienced professionals, you'll develop a solid foundation in IT best practices while helping Delta Star operate efficiently and securely.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Technician or a related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office productivity software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new technologies
Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripheral devices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow technical instructions and document procedures
Willingness to participate in IT projects and cross-functional teamwork
