  • Participate in the FITT Development Program (FDP) for IT.
  • Receive in-depth training and complete a thorough onboarding process.
  • Be assigned a mentor for ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Engage in hands-on learning and attend intern event series.
  • Present accomplishments to senior finance leadership at the end of the internship.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Anticipated graduation May 2026 or May 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment.
  • Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Data analytics experience preferred.
  • Project management skills/exposure.
  • Ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, Master Data Management, E-Commerce, CRM, or ERP.
