Requirements

• A strong desire to develop skills in a wide variety of IT disciplines.
• Exposure to Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Windows Server Group Policy.
• Experience with Symantec Endpoint Management.
• Understanding of Windows Imaging with Windows Deployment Server.
• Knowledge of WSUS for Windows Update.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server database administration and queries.
• Familiarity with PHP web development.
• Experience with Sharepoint development.
• Knowledge of Network Monitoring using PRTG and SNMP.
• Understanding of network cabling.
• Basic skills in Powershell administration scripting.
• Familiarity with Python ERP reporting.
• Experience using Azure Endpoint Management for MDM and Windows security controls.
• Knowledge of Veeam and Unitrends backups with site replication.
• Familiarity with Cisco network switching and VLAN segmentation.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki wireless deployment.
• Basic understanding of PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
• Familiarity with PowerBI.
• Knowledge of Sonicwall Firewalls.
• Experience with Avaya IP Office phone switch.
• Understanding of Digital Signage solutions.
• Skills in hardware provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform Moves/Add/Changes for PCX end user equipment.
• Perform first level technical support.
• Work through questions and issues from the request through resolution verification.
• Exhibit a positive attitude to make end users feel comfortable working through their issues.
• Review and resolve issues with Windows Updates, virus protection and backups.
• Maintain proper inventory of IT supplies and purchase supplies as required.
• Assist with integration of acquired businesses.
• Provide suggestions for improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Perform documentation of processes and procedures.
• Assist with server room reorganization and cleanup.
