About The Position

This position serves as the primary front-line technical support resource for end users, providing troubleshooting and resolution for workstation and user-related issues, including diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and related systems.

Requirements

  • Student working for a degree in IT, or 0–1-year experience with relevant systems.
  • The role requires strong manual dexterity for tasks such as processing paperwork, filing, sorting, typing, and handling materials, as well as the ability to sit for extended periods and lift 20-40 pounds of supplies such as copy paper, cash drawers, and marketing materials.
  • The position also involves repetitive hand and wrist motions, reaching for keyboards, and operating standard office equipment including computers, calculators, telephones, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.
