  • Collaborate with IT team to develop assessment criteria for IT hardware cabinets (cable management, UPS, power supplies, enclosure thermal management and climate control)
  • Develop a project plan to assess the equipment inventory currently in place.
  • Schedule visits to each of the branch locations to conduct the assessment and inventory of hardware in the IT cabinet or closet.
  • Work with IT team to determine what improvements and upgrades are required and build a recommendation for each site.
  • Develop a financial analysis of recommendations.
  • Present in a business plan to the IT leadership team.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all users in support of IT department
  • Help troubleshoot and support end user and device network connectivity.
  • Log and track calls using problem management database and maintain history records and related problem documentation.
  • Assist in writing and/or revising user training manuals, procedures, knowledgebase articles, self-support articles and tech tips.
  • Assist with project tasks as required
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • Must be pursuing a degree in IT or a related field.
  • Previous IT or Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to operate independently within clear guidelines and requirements.
  • Must be organized and comfortable collaborating with a broad team.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
  • Valid WI Driver's License is required.
