The IT Intern – Help Desk Support role provides hands-on experience supporting WalzCraft’s internal technology systems and users. This internship is designed to build foundational IT support skills while contributing to the efficiency and reliability of daily technology operations. Through a 12-week program, the IT Intern will assist with first-level help desk responsibilities including ticket intake, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, workstation setup, mobile device support, and process updates. The intern will work alongside experienced IT team members while gradually developing the ability to resolve support tickets independently.
