• Proficiency in innovation frameworks and methodologies (design thinking, agile).
• Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or additional certifications in innovation or technology management.
• Certifications in innovation management or project management (e.g., PMP).
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
• Higher education experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and refinement of DeVry University's innovation strategy.
• Architect and prototype innovative solutions to improve educational outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze trends in technology and educational methodologies.
• Partner with academic, IT, and administrative teams to align innovation initiatives.
• Oversee the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concept projects.
• Act as a change agent promoting a culture of innovation.
• Manage multiple innovation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Establish metrics to evaluate the success of innovation projects.
