The Global Project Delivery Team Manager will ensure the streamlined delivery of IT sustain and customer Infrastructure projects throughout all Honda Regions, starting with Japan and North America. Scope including, but not limited to AHM, HDMA, HM, AFHC/CHI, leading or engaging in all infrastructure projects that sustain Honda Global IT and/or our business partners. This role will be the portfolio manager owner more than 12 infrastructure projects and supporting approx. 60 to 80 customer projects in any given year. This individual will lead the Global Project Manager Team to plan, coordinate, and direct the activities for Infrastructure projects and enhancements including demand management, scheduling, resource levelling, budget greater than $4M and overall project health. As well as providing direction and support for daily operational activities of the Global Project Delivery Team, they will work closely with decision makers across the Global organization to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions and/or services for all aspects of the organization. This person will also define and implement Global and Regional IT policies, procedures, and best practices as it relates to the services and applications supported by the Project & Portfolio Services Unit.
