As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager to oversee and support the company’s technology infrastructure and systems that power our operations, sales teams, and field staff. Position Overview The IT Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s technology infrastructure, network environment, cybersecurity practices, and internal technical support. This role ensures that the company’s technology systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable as the business continues to grow. The IT Manager will oversee hardware, networks, servers, cybersecurity protocols, and key operational platforms including the company’s CRM system. This role also serves as the primary internal resource for employee technical support and technology troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure management, or technology leadership roles
  • Experience managing network systems, cybersecurity practices, and business software platforms
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Network infrastructure management

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Experience supporting multi-location business environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure and Systems Management Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, workstations, mobile devices, and cloud systems
  • Ensure technology systems remain secure, reliable, and operational across all company locations
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
  • Maintain documentation of network architecture, system configurations, and technology assets
  • Network Administration Manage and monitor company network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
  • Ensure secure connectivity for office and remote users
  • Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement improvements when needed
  • Cybersecurity and Data Protection Implement and maintain cybersecurity practices to protect company systems and data
  • Manage endpoint protection, system updates, patch management, and access controls
  • Monitor for security threats and respond to potential vulnerabilities
  • CRM and Business Systems Support Administer and maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Manage user permissions, system access, and technical configurations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support integrations with other company platforms
  • Coordinate with vendors and leadership regarding system updates or improvements
  • Technical Support and Help Desk Provide technical support to employees experiencing hardware, software, or connectivity issues
  • Install and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and other technology equipment
  • Assist employees with system access, troubleshooting, and general technology usage
  • Vendor and Technology Management Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners
  • Coordinate hardware procurement, software licensing, and technology upgrades
  • Assist with implementation of new technology solutions when needed
  • Technology Planning and Improvements Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology
  • Support leadership in evaluating and implementing new technology systems
  • Ensure technology infrastructure is scalable to support company growth
