Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Technician to maintain a resilient hospital technology environment. This role provides frontline desktop, device, and network support to clinical and administrative staff and ensures high availability for clinical systems and connected medical devices.

  • Provide desktop support including installation, configuration, and repair of desktops/laptops, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), printers, badge readers, and VoIP phones.
  • Support network operations including L2/L3 switching, routing, wireless AP deployment, site surveys, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure proper connectivity of medical devices and interfaces with EHR systems.
  • Maintain IDF/MDF/BDF closets, including UPS redundancy, patching, hardware lifecycle, and equipment inventory.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents with clinical urgency; create knowledge base articles and document resolutions in ServiceNow.
  • Support network migrations and large-scale device deployments.
  • 3–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, and desktop/device support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS; basic Linux familiarity.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience working with large node counts and network migration activities.
  • Ability to triage and resolve issues in fast-paced clinical settings.
  • Prior experience in hospital or clinical IT environments strongly preferred.
