About The Position

The IT Infrastructure Network Administrator is a crucial member of the global IT team, responsible for the planning, administration, installation, and connectivity of network infrastructure. This role ensures the stable operation of the organization's IT assets by configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing network hardware, software, and communication links, including both physical and cloud-based data center networks.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Network Administrator
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Firewall Management
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Wireless networking
• Intermediate to senior knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching

Nice To Haves

• College degree in IT or a related field
• Experience in a process-driven environment
• Experience with OPManager
• Basic ITIL or Agile certification a plus
• Experience Administrating a Cisco Wireless environment
• Experience Administrating Checkpoint Firewalls

Responsibilities

• Work with the engineering team to implement short-term and long-term strategic plans to meet the existing and future requirements of the business
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use
• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and life cycle management
• Monitor and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPS, and firewalls
• Manage IT Change Management processes
• Provide Infrastructure Services including Telephony, Wireless, and Data Center Network support
• Offer second-level support as needed
• Adhere to company policies and protocols
• Provide after-hours support and maintenance as necessary
• Support projects as necessary
