About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise network architecture, oversee data center operations, and define the long-term infrastructure strategy for a stable, growth-focused financial institution. This is a high-visibility leadership role with executive interaction and full ownership of the infrastructure function. The organization is actively investing in modernization initiatives, including a Microsoft 365 cloud migration and Cisco switching refresh, and requires a leader who can elevate both the technical environment and team performance. This is not a maintenance-focused role — it is a strategic leadership opportunity with meaningful organizational impact. Scope of Responsibility You will oversee enterprise infrastructure operations across: LAN/WAN architecture and high-availability design Cisco routing and switching, including Nexus platforms Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) Network segmentation and performance monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow) Data center infrastructure operations Oversight of third-party managed firewall and security services Business continuity and disaster recovery planning Infrastructure compliance within a regulated environment You will lead and develop a team of approximately 10 engineers and infrastructure professionals, serving as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues while guiding strategic initiatives from planning through execution. Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of progressive network and infrastructure experience
  • Deep expertise in Cisco routers and Nexus switching
  • Strong understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN and data center environments
  • Experience with routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
  • Prior leadership experience managing engineers or technical teams
  • Professional presence with strong collaboration and executive communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred
  • CCNA or CCNP certifications preferred
