About The Position
Senior Network Engineering Manager As the leader of the Network Engineering team at TI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our data center and enterprise transformation strategy. In this position, you will lead a team of senior engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the strategy for all components of our enterprise and data center networks. We are seeking a dynamic leader with: Deep technical expertise in network engineering and architecture. Proven strategic thinking to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a high-performing team. Passion for driving results and delivering innovative solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of senior network engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute the enterprise and data center network strategy aligned with organizational goals and transformation initiatives.
- Architect and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
- Drive modernization efforts, including migration to next-generation technologies and cloud integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
- Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance network efficiency and resilience.
