The Opportunity As part of the Managed Services team you own the delivery of exceptional service across a portfolio of managed-services accounts. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain executive-level client relations while mentoring the future generation of leaders. This role offers the chance to lead operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a thriving environment where innovation and collaboration flourish.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience with 5 years or more in delivery/operations leadership for managed services or cloud/infrastructure solutions

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology, Engineering preferred
  • Demonstrating thought leadership in managed-services delivery
  • Managing client governance and operational review processes
