  • Develop and perform processes for IT Configuration Identification
  • Manage IT Configuration Change Control
  • Maintain IT Configuration Status Accounting
  • Conduct IT Configuration Verification and Audits
  • Oversee Microsoft Product Release and Delivery
  • Collect, publish, and publicize SCCM measurements and metrics
  • Ensure daily operation of the configuration management system for build integrity and efficient operations
  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure staff for proper configuration baselining of new technologies
  • Provide Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Applications Development
  • Deliver Configuration Changes to test environments and determine configurations needed for testing
  • Establish and baseline laboratory environment configurations and restorable images
  • Provide Backend NetApp Support for User base
  • Support MS Active Directory for the organization
  • Deploy sitewide MS updates via SCCM
  • Support encryption and desktop imaging technologies

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology field or equivalent experience
  • Familiar with VMware vSphere/vCenter technology
  • Familiar with Storage Area Network (SAN) technology
  • Familiar with Microsoft Azure cloud computing and its associated solutions
  • Solid understanding of standard client/server, networking, and Internet fundamentals
  • Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft SCCM with experience in managing medium to large environments
  • Understand patch management, software distribution and logging
  • Experience in other Microsoft Management technologies, including Active Directory services (AD) and WSUS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft MCSE, MCSA
