About The Position
This role is responsible for assisting with the implementation of Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 Applications across a large enterprise organization. This role will work closely with the system engineering team to develop processes and procedures for successful operating system upgrades, domain migrations and profile migrations. This role will work as a member of highly skilled infrastructure management team that service employees throughout the state of Louisiana. The role requires on-site support at the client’s offices in Baton Rouge, LA.
