This role is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements to ensure infrastructure solutions aligning with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, IT analysis, or systems analysis (level dependent)
- Data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.
- Requirements and collaboration tools: Visio, Excel, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Nice To Haves
- Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMIâPBA, ITIL, CMMI, COBIT
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and system needs
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and nonâfunctional requirements
- Produce clear deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, technical specifications, and process flows
- Infrastructure Process Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze currentâstate infrastructure processes and IT systems
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities
- Define and document futureâstate processes and system solutions in collaboration with IT architects and developers.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational and system data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decisionâmaking
- Validate business assumptions using data.
- Stakeholder & CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs
- Ensure alignment and shared understanding across technical and nonâtechnical teams
- Infrastructure Solution Validation & Delivery Support
- Support solution design to ensure alignment with approved requirements
- Assist with system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards
- Project & Change Support
- Support project planning, scope definition, and change management activities
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and manage change requests
- Communicate impacts, risks, dependencies, and status clearly to stakeholders
