The IT Infrastructure and Operations Specialist is responsible for user lifecycle management, system maintenance, patch management, security reviews, and daily operational support. This role supports both cloud and on-premises environments and plays a key part in maintaining a secure, reliable, and efficient technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, endpoint security tools, and automation technologies.   • Update, maintain, and support existing IT systems, including servers, workstations, cloud applications, and business systems.
  • Manage patching for servers and workstations using BigFix or similar tools, ensuring compliance and timely remediation.
  • Perform user onboarding, offboarding, and access management across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, Outlook, and related systems.
  • Conduct recurring permission reviews and assist with audits, access validation, and security compliance efforts.
  • Monitor and support endpoint and security tools such as SentinelOne, Barracuda, and Absolute.
  • Assist in developing automation scripts and workflows (PowerShell preferred) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide escalation support for technical issues and collaborate with IT team members on ongoing initiatives.
  • Monitor and support phone dialer platform (Convoso) as well as internal phone system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • 24 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or a related field.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Teams, and other cloud-based enterprise services.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, identity and access management, and role-based access control.
  • Experience with patch management for servers and workstations.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as SentinelOne and Barracuda.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to document procedures and follow established processes.
  • PowerShell scripting experience or interest in automation.
  • Experience with BigFix and Absolute or similar endpoint management platforms.
  • Basic understanding of phone dialer platform used for outbound dialing and VOIP concepts.
  • Exposure to security audits, compliance reviews, or cybersecurity best practices.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, security certifications).
