Summary: Goldbelt Frontier LLC is seeking an IT Human Capital Manager to provide strategic support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Business Operations and Executive Support Services (BOESS), with a focus on advancing enterprise-level human capital initiatives. This role is critical in shaping workforce optimization strategies that align with the agency's mission and ensuring workforce readiness in support of IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, collaborating with program stakeholders and C-suite equivalents. This is a high-visibility role with strategic oversight of military and civilian personnel functions across the ADHCA, RMED, and SDD PMO/Branches, directly supporting human capital lifecycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, organizational design, performance evaluation, awards, timekeeping, and temporary duty assignments. Expected 5-year contract contingent upon award.
